On 4th April 2025, the Yuva Tourism Club conducted a cleanliness drive at the PHE Water Reservoir site located at Khawtetlang, Serchhip. Perched atop a mountain, this site is well-known for its breathtaking panoramic views, attracting a steady stream of visitors throughout the year. However, the increasing footfall has also led to the unfortunate accumulation of litter in the area.

Recognizing the importance of preserving the natural beauty and cleanliness of this popular viewpoint, the Yuva Tourism Club led by Mr. Tommy Lalmalsawma, Faculty, GSC took the initiative to organize the drive. Club members actively participated in cleaning the area, collecting trash which also served as an awareness among local visitors about the importance of maintaining a clean environment.
