STAFF WELFARE ASSOCIATION

An active Staff Welfare Association exists, encompassing a wide range of activities and support for both teaching and non-teaching members, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Condolence Support:

    • A condolence payment is extended to members who experience the loss of an immediate family member with whom they reside, providing compassionate assistance during difficult times.
  2. Wedding Day Gifts:

    • Association members receive monetary gifts on their wedding day as a token of celebration and community support, enhancing the joyous occasion.
  3. Emergency Financial Aid:

    • Immediate financial assistance is available to employees facing unexpected financial challenges, ensuring their well-being and stability.
  4. Workplace Enhancement:

    • Efforts are made to improve workplace facilities and infrastructure, creating a conducive and comfortable environment for all staff members.
  5. Social Engagement:

    • The association actively organizes social events, gatherings, and sponsored dinners on special occasions, fostering camaraderie and unity among colleagues while celebrating significant milestones together.
  6. Recognition and Farewells:

    • Work anniversaries and milestones are commemorated through special celebrations, including the organization and funding of farewell events for retiring employees and those relocating to new workplaces, honoring their dedicated service and contributions.
  7. Health Support:

    • Financial assistance is provided to employees facing serious health or medical challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary support and care during difficult times.
