ADMISSION 2026

Government Serchhip College is inviting applications for admission into Undergraduate programs for 2026-27 academic session.For New Admission, Interested candidates may apply from 11th - 15th May between 10.00 A.M to 3 P.M

The interview for BCA course applicants will be conducted on 14 May from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Admission can be completed only after the interview.

3rd & 5th Semester Admission: 22nd - 24th June 2026 (ONLINE ONLY)

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates with Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate of Higher Secondary (12th Grade) Certificate obtained after successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent stage of education corresponding to Level-4 are eligible for admission to the UG Programmes. (UGC-CCFUGP : 3.2.3)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (for 1st Semester applicants)

(i) Attested HSLC Certificate( 2 copies)

(ii) Attested HSSLC Marksheet( 2 copies)

(iii) Attested Aaadhar Card (1 copy)

(iv) Passport size photos (3 copies)

(v) Migration certificate for non - MBSE students (Students from boards other than the Mizoram Board of School Education)

INSTRUCTIONS

For BA/BSc NEP Course, Students can choose any of the 12 programs offered by the institution as their Major and Minor viz. Economics, Education, English, Geography, History, Mizo, Political Science, Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology.
Multidisciplinary course (MDC) should be chosen from the following options:

(1)History (2)Economics (3)Maths (4) Zoology (5) Education (6) Geography (7) Physics
Subjects opted for major and minor cannot be chosen as MDC
The Ability Enhancement Course (AEC) should be chosen from either English or Mizo.
