NOTICE: CLEAN UP DRIVE 25TH AUGUST 2025

CLEANUP DRIVE

All students and staff are hereby informed that a Cleanup Drive will be conducted on 25th August 2025 at 10:00 AM onwards, organized by the Eco Club, Students' Union Leaders, NSS, and Swachh Bharat Unit of Government Serchhip College.

The program aims to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental awareness. 

Venue: College Campus and Surrounding Areas

All are encouraged to actively participate and contribute towards making our campus clean and green.

NOTICE: SLOGAN WRITING COMPETITION ON WORLD FOLKLORE DAY

World Folklore Day Celebration
Date: 22nd August 2025

On the occasion of World Folklore Day, Phunchawng Cultural Club of Government Serchhip College is organizing a Slogan Writing Competition under the theme:

“Pi pute thawnthu chawisan”

Prizes:

1st Prize – ₹500

2nd Prize – ₹300

3rd Prize – ₹100

Guidelines:

Open to all GSC students 

Slogan must be written in Mizo language

Last date for submission: 22nd August, till 7:00 PM

The Photography Club of Government Serchhip College is organizing a photography competition titled "Through the Lens 2025" to celebrate World Photography Day.

Photographs must be taken within the college campus

NOTICE: NATIONAL SEMINAR ON CAREER GUIDANCE AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SECTORS

A National Seminar on Career Guidance and Job Opportunities in Central Government Sectors will be held on 11th August 2025 at Academic Block, B 201.
The Resource Person for the event will be Mr. V. Lalchhandama, Assistant Audit Officer, Principal Director of Audit, Bangalore.

Students will attend the seminar in three separate groups according to the following schedule:

III Semester: 11:50 AM – 12:40 PM

V Semester: 1:30 PM – 2:20 PM

I Semester: 3:10 PM – 4:00 PM
