Report on Youth Empowerment Programme

A Youth Empowerment Programme was organized by the Mizoram Transformation Movement (MTM) in collaboration with the Career Guidance & Counseling Cell, Government Serchhip College on 20th March 2026 at Room B201, Academic Block. The programme was chaired by Dr. Rebecca Lalngaihawmi, Committee Member, Career & Counseling Cell.
The programme aimed to promote youth leadership, goal setting, and awareness of Mizoram’s vision for development.

The event began with an introduction by Pu F. Zothanzuala, who highlighted the purpose of the programme.

The resource person, Dr. Pu Vanlalsiama Chhangte, Medical Director of Ebenezer Medical Center, delivered an insightful session on leadership, discipline, and the importance of setting clear life goals. He emphasized the role of youth in shaping a progressive society.

The programme witnessed active participation from students and faculty, followed by an engaging interactive session. It concluded with a vote of thanks by Pi Marini.
