The Photography Club in collaboration with the Mental Health & Counselling Cell of the college organized a meaningful activity that encouraged students to pause, breathe, and reflect through the practice of yoga. The session focused on capturing various yoga poses through the lens, symbolizing the harmony between physical movement and mental well-being.

As each pose was photographed, the activity highlighted that yoga is more than a form of exercise—it is a discipline that strengthens the mind, reduces stress, and restores inner balance. The initiative emphasized the importance of mental health awareness on campus.
