On March 12, 2025, in observance of World No Smoking Day, the Drug Awareness Club and the Campus Health Committee took a proactive step toward fostering a healthier environment by installing a "Smoke-Free Campus" signboard. This initiative serves as a strong reminder of the harmful effects of smoking and secondhand smoke, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to promoting a clean, tobacco-free atmosphere. By prominently displaying this sign, the college aims to discourage smoking on campus, encourage responsible choices among students and staff, and create a safer and more supportive space for everyone. This effort aligns with broader public health goals, emphasizing the importance of a smoke-free lifestyle for overall well-being.
