SUCCESSFUL PARENT-TEACHER MEET & PARENT-MENTOR MEET

On August 16th, 2024, the Mentoring Cell, in collaboration with the IQAC Core Committee, successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meet and Parent-Mentor Meet. With over 90% attendance, the event was divided into two sessions to encourage meaningful interactions.

The first session was held at HD Rosanga Multipurpose Hall and was chaired by Dr. Lalnunpuii Ralte, a member of the Mentoring Cell Committee. During this session, Dr. Laldingluaia Khiangtea provided an orientation for the parents, focusing on the examination system and how it functions within the college. The Principal also addressed the gathering, delivering a speech that outlined the college's systems, highlighting past achievements, and sharing future plans, all aimed at ensuring the best outcomes for the students.

Following the speeches, a question-and-answer session was held, giving parents an opportunity to voice their concerns, seek clarifications, and express their thoughts. Several parents took the opportunity to praise and encourage the institution for its efforts.

After the first session concluded, a tea break was provided for the parents, offering them a chance to socialize and reflect on the discussions.

The second session involved students meeting with their parents and mentors. This session was particularly focused on reviewing each student's monthly attendance and the results of the first internal tests, ensuring that parents were well-informed about their child's academic progress.
