The students of Government Serchhip College were given the opportunity to interact with Vijay Kumar Singh the Governor of Mizoram during a special programme held at 14 Assam Rifles,P&E Veng,Serchhip on 7th May 2026. The event provided the students with a memorable and inspiring experience.

During the interaction, the Governor spoke about the importance of education, discipline, determination, and responsible citizenship. He encouraged the students to work hard, remain focused on their goals, and contribute positively to society and the progress of the state.

The students actively participated by asking questions and sharing their thoughts regarding education, career opportunities, and the future of Mizoram. The Governor responded warmly and motivated the students with his valuable advice and encouragement.

Although the interaction was not very long, it was highly fruitful and meaningful for the students. The programme inspired them to stay confident and dedicated towards their future ambitions.

The students also express their heartfelt gratitude to My Bharat Serchhip and Assam Rifles Commandant, Colonel Archit Goswami for making the interaction possible and for giving them such a valuable opportunity.

Overall, the interaction was a valuable and memorable experience for the students of Government Serchhip College.
