The NSS Unit, Youth Adventure Club, and Yuva Tourism Club of Government Serchhip College successfully organized a slogan poster challenge among students from 13th March to 15th March, 2025, to mark the International Day of Action for Rivers, which falls on 14th March 2025. This event not only saw enthusiastic participation with 27 entries from 27 students, but also served as a campaign to promote the observance.

The competition extended to social media, where engagement through likes was considered alongside the scores from three judges. After careful evaluation, the winners have been announced:

1st Prize: RC Lalnunmawii, 4th Sem BA
2nd Prize: K. Vanlalruatmawia, 4th Sem BA
3rd Prize: Elizabeth Lalchhanchhuahi, 4th Sem BA
