The NSS Unit and Department of Zoology, Government Serchhip College, jointly organised a seminar on World Organ Donation Day on 13th August 2025.
Chaired by Dr. S. Beihrosa (Programme Officer, NSS Unit), the session featured Dr. C. Vanlalnghaka (Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology) as the resource person. He spoke on the importance of organ donation, its life-saving potential, ethical aspects, and the need for youth awareness.
A total of 22 NSS volunteers participated, engaging in an interactive discussion. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, successfully promoting awareness on the noble cause of organ donation.
