Government Serchhip College is pleased to report the participation of its students in the D-3 Inter College Debate Competition 2026, jointly organized by Mizo Zirlai Pawl and Mizo Official Channel, held from 23rd to 24th April 2026 at Vaivakawn Cultural Centre cum Auditorium, Aizawl.

The College was represented by Hmangaihsangi, 2nd Semester BA and Lalruattluanga, 2nd Semester BA, who actively took part in the competition. They were accompanied and guided by Maria Zomuanpuii, Debating Secretary, whose support and encouragement contributed to their participation.

Although the participants did not secure a winning position, they demonstrated commendable effort, confidence, and determination throughout the competition. Their participation provided valuable exposure, enhanced their public speaking skills, and contributed to their overall personal and academic development.

The College appreciates their sincere effort and courage to represent the institution on an inter-college platform. Their participation reflects a positive spirit of learning and healthy competition.

The College encourages both participants and their peers to continue engaging in such activities, emphasizing that success is built through experience, perseverance, and continuous improvement. Their efforts serve as an inspiration to other students to step forward, participate actively, and strive for excellence in future competitions.
