REPORT ON MY BHARAT OUTREACH PROGRAMME


Pursuant to instructions from the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Government Serchhip College's National Service Scheme (NSS) unit collaborated with Chhiahtlang Higher Secondary School, Serchhip, to conduct an outreach programme on 29th October, 2024. Vanlalhruaitluangi, My Bharat Ambassador from Government Serchhip College, delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation highlighting the significance of My Bharat. She emphasized the importance of student registration on the My Bharat portal and encouraged participation in initiatives aligned with the programme's objectives.

The programme was  chaired by Dr. S. Beihrosa, NSS Programme Officer, Government Serchhip College. The event culminated with a vote of appreciation proposed by Dr. H. Lalchhanhima, NSS Programme Officer, Government Serchhip College.

A total of 53 students, comprising 25 males and 28 females from Classes 11 and 12, actively participated in the programme. The successful conduct of the programme was facilitated by the collaborative efforts of 2 NSS Programme Officers from Government Serchhip College and 4 NSS Officers from Chhiahtlang Higher Secondary School.
