Students of GSC actively participated in the 24th MZU Annual Sports Meet held in Aizawl, from 23rd March 2026 showcasing great determination and sportsmanship.

Both the Volleyball Team and the Football Team gave commendable performances throughout the tournament. Although they did not advance to the final rounds, their efforts and dedication were truly remarkable.

The Football Team put up a strong fight, holding their opponents to a 1–1 draw in regular time, but narrowly missed victory in a tense penalty shootout against Government Mamit College, finishing 5–4. Meanwhile, the Volleyball Team displayed outstanding teamwork by progressing to the quarterfinals, securing impressive wins over Mizoram Christian College and Aizawl West College, before putting up a strong fight against Pachhunga University College.
