Government Serchhip College organized the inaugural activity under the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) initiative on 17th September,  2024, undertaking a cleanliness drive within its campus premises. Building upon previous cleanliness programs, the college community collectively ensured a garbage-free environment. The activity involved  collection of waste from designated bins across the campus, including courtyards and classrooms. Approximately 5 kilograms of waste was collected, destined for proper disposal at a site designated by the Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation (UD & PA) department.
