The Department of History organized a seminar on the “Observance of Jallianwala Bagh Massacre Remembrance Day” on 13 April 2026. During the seminar, K. Lalrinchhana delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the sufferings of the Indian people during this historic atrocity. He also explained the profound impact of the massacre in strengthening the social foundations of the Indian national movement.
The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Chair, Dr. Lalchhuanawma. It was attended by students of the 4th and 6th semester History classes.
