On the occasion of the 2nd Ethics Day observed on the 6th of September 2024, the students of Govt. Serchhip College took part in an oath-taking ceremony. The ceremony commenced with an opening speech by the faculty highlighting the significance of the day and the role of the oath in promoting a culture of integrity. The Ethics Day Oath was then introduced and all participating students stood up and read aloud the following oath- 
“We, the students of Govt. Serchhip College, solemnly pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in all our endeavours. We pledge to engage in our academic pursuits with diligence and truthfulness, refraining from any form of dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating.”
After the oath-taking, the faculty offered closing reflections on the significance of the students' commitment. They encouraged students to integrate these values into their daily actions and decisions.
