The National Voters' Day was jointly observed by the Electoral Literacy Club and the Department of Political Science on the 27th of January, 2025 at Room C-101, 11:50am

The Observance programme was chaired by Lalrintluanga, with the attendees taking the voter's pledge under the guidance of Caroline Lalhruaitluangi, Secy, ELC. Lalhmunsiami delivered a short message on the importance of having the right to vote, underlining the fact that it is the utmost responsibility of every responsible citizen to cast his/her vote and thereby participate directly in the process of nation-building. The programme concluded with Benjamin Lalhmangaihkima, Chairman, ELC proposing a vote of thanks. The programme was attended by an approximate number of 30 students from members of the ELC and students of the VI Semester, Dept. of Political Science
