Government Serchhip College has yet another proud achievement to celebrate! Two of our talented students have brought glory to the institution by winning First Prize at the State Level Storytelling Competition – “Narrating Mizoram: A Tales of Our Land”, organized by Tourism Department, Government of Mizoram.

Representing Serchhip District, Lalruattluanga I (I Semester, B.A.) and Lalthanzami Chhangte (V Semester, B.A) impressed the judges and audience alike with their engaging presentation. The competition brought together participants from every district of Mizoram, each allotted 15 minutes to highlight their district’s unique tourist attractions.

Their stellar performance secured the top honor for Serchhip District and filled our college with pride.

The event was graced by Mr. Lalnghinglova Hmar, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Government of Mizoram, as the Chief Guest.

May these outstanding students continue to inspire others through their creativity, dedication, and love for our beautiful land.
