Students and teachers of Government Serchhip College took part in the 79th Independence Day celebration held on 15th August 2025 at Serchhip Sports Complex.

The college took pride in the achievements of its NCC units, with the Army Wing securing 1st place and the Air Wing earning 2nd place in the marchpast under the unarmed contingent category.

Their excellent performance was a result of strong discipline, teamwork, and dedication, bringing honour to the college.
