The GSC family actively participated in the 77th Republic Day celebration held at Serchhip Sports Complex, reflecting the college’s strong commitment to national values and civic responsibility. Such national programmes hold special importance for the institution, as they instil a sense of patriotism, discipline, and social awareness among students and staff alike.
Lalfakawmi (6th Semester BA) and Lalruattluanga (2nd Semester BA) had the honour of serving as announcers for the programme, showcasing the confidence and leadership nurtured by the college. The NCC Air Wing and Army Wing also took part in the parade competition, with the Air Wing earning 2nd prize in the unarmed contingent, bringing pride to the institution. Faculty and staffs were also present, extending their encouragement and support.
Through active participation in such national events, the college reaffirms its dedication to holistic education, one that goes beyond academics to shape responsible, disciplined, and patriotic citizens.
