The first Mentor-Mentee Meet of Government Serchhip College for the odd semester of 2025–2026 session was held on 1st August 2025. This meet was arranged to help new students get to know their mentors and to reconnect old mentees with their teachers for a fresh start to the year.

In total, 57 teachers were assigned as mentors by the IQAC, each taking care of a small group of 8–10 students. The meeting gave students a chance to meet their mentors, understand how they can seek guidance, and start building a good relationship for the year ahead.
