The Department of Education in collaboration with the Faculty and Staff Development Committee succesfully organised a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the 29th of August, 2024. The event, which focused on "Flipped Classroom: Strategies for Effective Implementation & Enhanced Study Engagement," attracted the faculty members.

K. Vanlalhruaizeli,  Assistant Professor, Department of Education, led the program as the resource person. The FDP aimed to introduce and refine teaching strategies that leverage the flipped classroom model, a contemporary approach designed to boost student engagement and improve learning outcomes.
