On 15th January 2025, a Faculty Development Programme was held on the theme "Faith, Ethics, and Excellence." It aimed to help faculty enrich their minds and spirits, inspiring them to approach their profession with fresh enthusiasm and purpose.  

The resource person, Rev. Laltanpuia Colney, shared valuable insights on faith, ethics, and leadership. He stressed the importance of teachers as role models who inspire and uplift students. Using stories and practical examples, he encouraged faculty to pursue excellence by grounding their work in faith and strong ethical values.  

The programme was well-received, with participants appreciating the insights and the chance to reflect on their roles as educators and mentors.
