On November 1, 2024, the Faculty and Staff Development Program Committee organized a Faculty Development Program focused on "Effective Exam Management." Dr. C. Vanlalnghaka, the Chairman of the Examination Committee, GSC, served as the resource person for this session. Dr. Rebecca Lalngaihawmi, member of the faculty and staff developmemt program chaired the session and the resource person Dr. Nghaktea delivered a comprehensive and insightful presentation aimed at equipping faculty members with best practices and strategies for efficiently managing examinations. The session provided valuable insights on organizing, conducting, and overseeing exams to ensure a smooth and fair assessment process for students. Faculty members found the program highly beneficial for enhancing their exam management skills.
