A Faculty Development Program was organized by the Faculty and Staff Development Committee in collaboration with the IQAC of Government Serchhip College on 1st July 2025 at 12:00 noon. The program, titled “Result Analysis and Strategic Teaching for Academic Excellence,” aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness and improving student outcomes through informed result analysis and strategic pedagogical approaches. The resource person for the session was Mrs. Jeanie Lalthanpari Poonte, Assistant Professor in the Department of BCA, Government Serchhip College. The session was effectively utilized to engage in meaningful discussions on enhancing the quality of education in the college. Various suggestions and ideas were shared, focusing on practical strategies for academic improvement and teaching effectiveness.
