The first day of the week-long leadership skills training program was successfully held on 12th August 2024 in Room B101 at Govt. Serchhip College. The event, presided over by Jeanie Lalthanpari Poonte, began with an inaugural address by Principal Mr. C. Laldintluanga. This was followed by an insightful presentation from the resource person, Dr. Zarzosanga, who highlighted the importance of 13 key leadership traits, setting the tone for the rest of the program. This event was attended by the newly elected Student Union Leaders and Club Leaders of the institution.

The chairperson also took the opportunity to introduce the participants, acknowledging their presence along with that of faculty member Mr. H. Lalchhanhima. Refreshments were served to all attendees.
