Aizawl, December 2024 – CUO Lalchenba Saikhom of 1 Mizo Air Squadron NCC, a Government Serchhip College student participated in the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) - 152 held from 7th to 17th December at STC Tanhril.

The camp aimed to enhance cadets' skills in physical fitness, combat readiness, technical proficiency, and leadership. Highlights included flying a Microlight Aircraft (Zenair STOL CH 701), .22 rifle marksmanship, skeet shooting, aeromodelling, foot and armed drills, and weapon training. A demonstration of modern weaponry and tactics by Assam Rifles and a lecture on search and rescue operations added to the camp's comprehensive training.

The event concluded with a vibrant Cultural Night and Bara Khana, fostering camaraderie among cadets. The camp was hailed as a resounding success, providing a well-rounded developmental experience for all attendees.
