Collaboration Quest: A Fun-filled Team Building Exercise for All

During the CCA periods, students participated in an exciting team-building event called Collaboration Quest, a house competition that brought together the four houses of the institution – Blue, Red, Black, and White. The event featured three unique activities, designed to foster teamwork, sharpen skills, and ensure lots of fun along the way!

Activity 1: A Listening Challenge with a Twist
In the first challenge, 10 students from each house, consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls, faced off in a thrilling game of reflexes and quick thinking. The conductor called out commands like "Go", "Stop", and "Run," and the participants had to follow them for one minute. But here’s the twist – from the second minute onwards, they had to do the exact opposite! This fun, fast-paced game tested their listening skills and adaptability while keeping everyone on their toes.

Activity 2: The Appreciation Stare-down
The second activity shifted gears to a more introspective and heartwarming challenge. One student from each house had to engage in a 20-second stare-off with their opponents. Once the time was up, they had to describe all the positive qualities they could gather from the other participants during that brief moment. This exercise encouraged students to recognize the importance of appreciation while honing their observation and public speaking skills. It was truly inspiring to watch the students express such thoughtful and encouraging words about one another!

Activity 3: The Goodie Bag Skit
The grand finale was the much-anticipated "Goodie Bag Skit". Teams of 10 students, split evenly between boys and girls, had to choose from four mysterious bags filled with random items. Their challenge? To create and perform an impromptu skit incorporating the chosen objects. Despite the spontaneity, the students delivered incredibly creative, entertaining performances that had the entire audience – students and teachers alike – laughing and cheering. The energy in the room was electric as each group brought their unique twist to the stage, proving just how talented and resourceful they were!

The Collaboration Quest not only showcased the talents of our students but also left everyone with valuable lessons in teamwork, appreciation, and creativity. It was a memorable event, filled with fun, learning, and camaraderie, leaving both participants and spectators eagerly awaiting the next challenge!
