CCA CAREER AWARENESS


Career Awareness Program for SSC/Banking/Civil Service Exam

The Career Awareness Program for SSC/Banking/Civil Service Exam was held on August 2, 2024. The program was chaired by Lalbeiseisanga, Assistant Professor, GSC, and featured Arup Sahani, Quant & Reasoning Faculty at ZoCareer & JP Career Point, as the resource person. K. Lalrinchhana, Assistant Professor, GSC, delivered the vote of thanks. The event took place in Block B 201 and was organized by the Career Guidance & Counselling Cell.

The program was attended by Civil Service Aspirants of the college and 5th Semester BA Students, who showed great enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing from Mr. Arup Sahani, an expert teacher in civil service, SSC, and banking. The program was filled with new knowledge and insights for beginner aspirants, providing a solid foundation for their future civil service careers.

Mr. Sahani taught the students the basics of squares, square roots, and cube roots, as well as shortcut methods. He emphasized the importance of a daily routine, including reading newspapers, particularly The Hindu, and shared a simple yet effective strategy to crack the CSAT exam.
