AWARENESS DRIVE ON DRY AND WET WASTE BY ECO CLUB

REPORT ON AWARENESS DRIVE ON DRY AND WET WASTE
Title:
Awareness Drive on Dry and Wet Waste.
Organized by:
Eco Club, Govt. Serchhip College.
Date: 1st Aug, 2025

The objective of this awareness drive was to educate students and staff about the importance of waste segregation, specifically the distinction between dry waste and wet waste, and promote sustainable waste management practices within the college campus.

As part of the drive, a poster pasting activity was organized within the college premises. The posters were placed at key locations such as the entrance, classrooms, canteen, and corridors to ensure maximum visibility.

The poster pasting campaign served as a simple yet effective method to convey an important message about waste management. The initiative successfully initiated dialogue and awareness among the college community, paving the way for responsible behavior towards waste segregation.
