On July 31st, 2024, a faculty development program was held to enhance faculty skills in academic data management and analytics, with Mr. Lalhmingmawia Kawlni, Assistant Professor from the Computer Science Department as the resource person. The program aimed to orient teachers on a new system for maintaining attendance and marks entry, improving systematic monitoring of these records. Key highlights included a comprehensive orientation on the new system and the introduction of Google Sheets for departmental coordinators to manage academic data. The program emphasized the importance of monthly monitoring of attendance and internal marks and the role of departmental coordinators in maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
